Grading Made Smarter

Monitor Every Movement Remotely with Precision

Outfit your motor grader for any challenge

Every job site—and even different phases of the same project—can come with its own set of demands. Built on the powerful MC-X Platform, the MC-Max Grader delivers the adaptable positioning and control your machine needs to meet the task with precision.

Our motor grader solutions deliver more than just exceptional grading precision.

With real-time adjustment capabilities, they help minimize rework—saving both time and money on every project.

Select the Right Positioning Solution for the Task

Different grading projects demand different levels of precision. Balancing a compact job site isn’t the same as preparing miles of highway subgrade. In some cases, basic vertical blade control (2D) is sufficient, while other tasks call for both vertical and horizontal (3D) positioning.

For 2D-focused applications, simple configurations like a sonic sensor tracking a curb, string line, or existing surface may be ideal. Other setups might rely on rotary lasers paired with laser sensors.

More advanced 3D projects often make use of GNSS or GPS for machine guidance. In tighter tolerances or complex environments, total stations may be necessary for accurate machine control. For maximum precision, Millimeter GPS combines the benefits of GNSS and laser technology to achieve even finer accuracy.

Choose Visual Guidance or Full Automation

Sometimes, a rough cut is all that’s needed. In those cases, visual grade indicators and manual blade control do the job just fine. But when tighter tolerances are essential, fully automated blade control can deliver the precision you can’t afford to miss. With the MC-Max Grader, you get both—switch between indicate and automate modes at the push of a button.
