Machine Guidance

Topcon provides comprehensive guidance and autosteering solutions tailored to your operation. Discover how Topcon’s positioning technology can optimize your workflow.

Broadacre Crop Yield Monitoring

Our solution is compatible with a wide range of combines for crops like corn, soybeans, wheat, and sorghum. It combines a controller with non-contact optical sensors and a moisture sensor to accurately measure yield and moisture content. Precise positioning is provided via a Topcon GNSS receiver or an ISOBUS-compatible alternative. Data is clearly displayed on a Topcon X-family or ISO-UT compatible console and can be easily exported to the Topcon data management platform (TAP) or standard industry formats for analysis.

Specialty Crop Yield Monitoring

Designed for webbed or belt conveyor-type harvesters, our solution supports specialty crops such as potatoes, sugar beets, onions, tomatoes, and more. It integrates a controller with high-precision Digi-Star load cells to measure and map live yield, moisture, and crop contamination. Accurate positioning is provided via a Topcon GNSS receiver or an ISOBUS-compatible alternative. Data is clearly displayed on a Topcon X-family or ISO-UT compatible console and can be easily exported to the Topcon data management platform (TAP) or standard industry formats for analysis.

Optimizing Inputs and Increasing Wheat Yield

Doug Weist, an innovative dealer and farmer from Choteau, Montana, USA, has long been a pioneer in precision agriculture. By integrating Topcon yield monitoring into his combine, he gains real-time insights into crop performance and applies this data to other critical stages of the cycle, including seeding and spraying.
